I understand that I am (or my affiliate school is) contracting with MKU Training Institute, LLC for the following training course. I am committing to pay the total tuition according to the option selected above. Failure to pay as promised at any point will result in my removal from the course.

I understand that I cannot receive my diploma unless all required payments have been paid.

I understand that if my account is not current at the time of completion, MKUTI reserves the right to withhold diplomas until the account is made current, including payment of all fees that may have accrued.

I understand that if I must postpone or interrupt training after training begins; I will be offered a 30 day pause/extension to resume the training from the date of withdrawal. If I re-enroll in the program after the 30 days has elapsed, my progress in the course will not be saved and tuition fees are due again upon re-enrollment.

I understand I may withdraw from the program with refund- (less $150. processing fee) within 3 days of submitting the New Student Enrollment Form. Material fee paid to vendor is non-refundable. Tuition refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt. I will be responsible for any outstanding or unpaid financial obligations. I understand no refunds will be offered after 3-days of submitting the Student Enrollment Form.

I understand that in order to successfully complete this course I will need access to a working computer and wifi.

I understand that all work submitted must be my own original work. Any quotes, or resources used must be properly cited and given credit. Failure to do so, is known as plagiarism and will result in my disenrollment from the course.

I understand, that during my enrollment in MKUTI I am required to attend 6 live sessions which the dates and times will be outlined for me well in advance. Missing 2 live sessions in a row will result in my removal from the course. Upon re-enrollment, I will be required to start the course from the beginning.

I understand that in order to complete this course successfully within the 6 month timeframe, I must be willing and able to commit a minimum of 4 hours per week on the coursework. (We will provide you with a very useful self-pacing tool to assist you in keeping track of your progress!)

I understand that I have 6 months to complete the course. Failure to complete the course within the outlined time period will result in disenrollment. Upon re-enrollment, I must start the course from the beginning.

Course Inactivity: Course inactivity warnings are sent out when participants have not been actively participating in the class within the last 30 days. Upon getting this email, you will have 15 days to log in and submit work to be considered active. Failure to participate within 15 days will result in your account being locked until you reach out to your MKUTI support team to create a plan of action to complete the course.

Material Demonstrations: Being an authentic Montessorian requires for classroom guides to be able to successfully present materials to their students. I Understand that I will have to have access to (or make) the required materials needed to successfully present via video submission. I also understand that once my videos are submitted they may be saved for future use to showcase successful examples to other enrolled students or possibly embedded into the course.

I understand that my academic progress will be shared with my employer.

I understand that MKUTI is contracted directly by my employer. My enrollment status within MKUTI depends on my employment status with the affiliated school (If I am no longer employed with said school, my enrollment will be discountinued).

I understand that my diploma will be mailed directly to my employer as per the agreed upon terms.

I understand that I must abide by the specific terms outlined in my employer provided student underwriting contract. MKUTI does not create these terms, but will abide by those terms.

In accordance with the Personal Information Accordance Act; we notify you that your name, personal information tuition and all related information will be stored for the sole purpose of maintaining academic record archive. All information collected by this institution will be used solely for the purposes for which it was originally collected and shall be stored in a private area for administrative use only.
